What you’re agreeing to

When you request and confirm a signup, you consent to Tandem previews and its launch announcement. We use your email address to send these messages. We do not request your birth details, your partner’s details or your app purchase identifier.

Where your email goes

Vercel hosts this website. Resend processes the confirmation email and stores the confirmed launch list, with a record of the signup notice you accepted and when you confirmed it. Kirke Labs may keep a secured local copy to manage the launch. We do not connect this list to the app’s charts or purchase ledger, or sell it.

Confirmation links expire after 48 hours. We use short-lived request counters to reduce automated abuse. Vercel and Resend also process technical request and delivery information to operate their services. They are US-based providers; information may be processed outside the UK. Your choice, and how long we keep it

You can unsubscribe using the link in each launch email, or contact steve@kirkelabs.com. Unsubscribing stops further marketing; a minimal suppression record may remain so we can honour that choice. We keep the active launch list until the launch campaign ends, then delete it within 90 days unless you separately choose ongoing Tandem updates.
