What we collect. Your email address, and — if you commission a reading or album — your birth date, birth time, and birth place. That is the entire list. We do not run advertising trackers.
Why we collect it. Birth data exists for one purpose: casting your chart. Your email exists to deliver what you bought and, only if you subscribed, the daily piece.
Who touches it. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card number. Data is stored with our hosting and database providers within the EU/UK where possible. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone else.
How long we keep it. Birth data is retained so we can regenerate your reading or album on request. Ask us to delete it and we will, within 30 days.
Your rights. Under UK and EU GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data at any time by emailing us. You may also complain to the ICO or your local supervisory authority.

What a reading is. Circe's Shadow readings and albums are archetypal self-reflection and artistic works, provided for insight and entertainment. They are not predictions, and not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. The wise reader defeats their planets.
Delivery. Readings arrive by email within three days of purchase; albums within fourteen. If your birth time is unknown, we cast the solar chart and say plainly which movements are set aside.
Refunds. Because every reading and album is computed and composed for one chart alone, they are personalised goods. If something is wrong — a factual error against your ephemeris, a failed delivery — tell us and we will make it right or refund you. Statutory rights are unaffected.
Ownership. Your reading is yours to keep and share privately. The underlying frameworks, text libraries, music, and design remain the property of Kirke Labs. Album licences are personal and non-commercial; if you want to release your natal album into the world, write to us — we would probably be delighted.
The daily piece. Published for listening on this site. All rights reserved.
